Toddler Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Searching for a quick and easy way to get peanut butter in your little one’s diet? Look no further: we have a delicious smoothie bowl recipe that kiddos can’t get enough of (you’ll want to pour yourself a serving, too). Simple add ingredients, blend together, throw in your favorite toppings and voila!
Smoothie Ingredients:
-1/2 cup of your choice of milk
-1/2 cup of spinach or kale
-1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
-Spoonful of peanut butter
-1/4 cup of oats
-1 frozen banana
-1 cup of frozen berries
Smoothie Toppings:
-Fresh berries, cut or sliced
-Fresh banana, sliced

-Anything else your little one loves!
Directions:
Add greens, milk, yogurt, peanut butter and oats to blender and blend first. Once liquified, add frozen banana and frozen berries and blend again until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with ingredients of your choice. Serve with a spoon and enjoy watching your little one explore the fun smoothie bowl toppings.
