Sesanut Mash

(Allergens: Sesame, Peanut) 

  • 3 teaspoons tahini, well-stirred
  • 1 small sweet potato, cooked and mashed
  • 3 rounded teaspoons peanut butter

Makes about ¾ cup

In a small bowl, mix together the tahini and mashed cooked sweet potato. Mix in the peanut butter until well combined. Add water, a teaspoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
