Happy National Peanut Butter Day!
We have created a toddler friendly peanut butter cookie that has minimal clean ingredients, and is garnished of course, with a Peanut Butter Nutty Puff.
These soft and chewy cookies are sure to be a hit with your kids.

Ingredients:

1 cup creamy natural peanut butter

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1 cup almond flour
-
1 teaspoon vanilla

Flaked sea salt

Mission MightyMe Peanut Butter Nutty Puffs
Directions:

Combine PB, vanilla & coconut sugar

Add almond flour and stir until incorporated

Use a cookie scoop to scoop dough onto baking sheet with parchment paper, or use hands and roll into balls

Flatten with a fork and make a criss cross pattern

Top with flakey sea salt & a Nutty Puff

Bake at 350 for 12 min

Let cool completely before eating!
