Ingredients:

  • ½ cup whole plain yogurt

  • 2 tbsp milk (or dairy alternative)

  • 2 tbsp quick oats

  • 1–2 tsp chia seeds or hemp seeds

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ cup fruit for topping (optional)

Instructions:
