Looking for a no-fuss snack that’s nutrient-dense, naturally sweet, and toddler-approved? This Banana Chia Pudding checks all the boxes. It comes together in minutes, is packed with fiber and healthy fats, and gets a boost of crunch and protein from a sprinkle of Nutty Puffs on top. Whether you serve it as a mid-morning bite or a quick dessert after lunch, it’s a delicious way to add variety to your little one’s day.

Yield: 2 small puddings

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Chill Time: 20-25 Minutes

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

2/3 cup milk or milk alternative

2 tablespoons chia seeds

Nutty Puffs (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the banana and milk until smooth—just like making a smoothie.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds. If you prefer, you can pulse them once or twice in the blender, but avoid over-blending.
  3. Pour the mixture into small jars or bowls, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to gel.
  4. Just before serving, top with a handful of Nutty Puffs for added texture, protein, and crunch.
