Santa’s Soft-Baked Nut Butter Cookies

A festive, better-for-you cookie perfect for little ones — Softsoft, simple, and packed with gentle nut exposure.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mission MightyMe Mixed Nut Butter Puffs

  • 1/2 cup banana or pumpkin purée

  • 1/4 cup natural almond or peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, + extra Nutty Puffs for topping!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a soft dough forms.

  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and gently flatten with a fork.

  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the edges are just turning golden. Top with Nutty Puffs when they come out of the oven!

  5. Cool completely on the tray - the cookies will firm up as they cool.
