You'll need:

đ„ 2g Peanutsâ 
đ„ 6g Eggsâ 
đ° 7g Tree nutsâ 
đŸ 4g Wheatâ 
đ„ 1g Soyâ

Makes: 12 pancakesâ 
Prep time: 7 minâšâ 
Cook time: 10 minâ 
â 
- 1 cup almond flourâ 
- 1 cup all-purpose flourâ 
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons plain soy milkâ 
- 1/4 cup full-fat Greek yogurtâ 
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butterâ 
- 4 large eggsâ 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extractâ 
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juiceâ 
- 1 teaspoon baking sodaâ 
- 1/4 teaspoon saltâ 
- 2 tablespoons ghee or unsalted butterâ

đ©âđł Instructions: â 
â 
1. Combine all ingredients except ghee in a blender & blend until smooth â 
2. Melt the ghee in a large skillet over medium heatâ 
3. Pour the batter into the skillet in 4-inch pools, three or four at a time. Cook until bubbles form in the batter, about 2-mins, then flip & cook until the pancakes are cooked through, about 2 mins or moreâ 
4. For BLF, slice the pancakes into finger-length strips for babies using a palmar grasp, & chickpea sized bites for babies using a pincer grasp. Serve warm. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer up to 3 months. âšâ
