SIMPLE ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

All of the ingredients in our Peanut Puffs are sourced in the USA:

  • Organic ground peanuts
  • Organic peanut flour
  • Organic peanut oil
  • Sea salt (just a pinch)
  • Calcium carbonate (a natural source of calcium)

FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS

You can give Peanut Puffs to infants who’ve started eating solids. Only feed to seated, supervised children who are accustomed to chewing solid food. For infants under 7 months, you can soften the puffs with water.

Our co-founder’s research showed that consuming peanut foods, starting for babies as early as 4-11 months, until age 5 can prevent more than 80% of peanut allergies. Read more about the research in the LEAP Study (Learning Early About Peanut Allergy).

Meets American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Recommendations. The AAP recommends 6g of peanut protein per week for high-risk infants.

For most infants with severe eczema and/or egg allergy who are already eating solid foods, introducing foods containing ground peanuts between 4 and 10 months of age and continuing consumption may reduce the risk of developing peanut allergy by 5 years of age. FDA has determined, however, that the evidence supporting this claim is limited to one study. If your infant has severe eczema and/or egg allergy, check with your infant’s healthcare provider before feeding foods containing ground peanuts.
