Mission MightyMe is a revolutionary food company on a mission to end the food allergy epidemic, which currently impacts 1 out of every 13 children in the US. Our founders are food allergy parents and the global expert in food allergy prevention, Dr. Gideon Lack. Dr. Lack’s groundbreaking research found that most peanut allergies can be prevented by including peanut foods in infant diets early and consistently. This discovery changed pediatric feeding guidelines around the globe to recommend early allergen introduction in infancy, however, the baby food industry is still mostly allergen-free.
Mission MightyMe is disrupting the $20+ billion baby food industry by making it deliciously simple to include peanuts and other common food allergens in infant diets, as pediatric guidelines now recommend. The company has experienced tremendous growth since launching its first product – Proactive Peanut Puffs – in April of 2020 and its second product – Proactive Nut Butter Puffs – in January of 2022. We are now moving into our next phase of strategic growth and product innovation!
Mission MightyMe has received numerous awards for its innovative impact on children’s health. In 2020, the company received a Trailblazer award fromFood NavigatorandFast Companyrecently included Mission MightyMe in their Top World Changing Ideas of 2021.

Location: Remote - Can work from anywhere
Hours: Flexible (expected 10-15 hours / week)
To apply, please send us your resume at info@MissionMightyMe.com and include "Graphic Designer" in the subject line.
Position Scope: This is an excellent opportunity to create impactful creative assets that help shape the look and feel of our fast-growing brand! Mission MightyMe recently revamped our web presence and will soon be working through new packaging design with a 3rd party design agency. This role will support the integration of the new visual system across the current MightyMe landscape - both print and digital.
We are currently ecommerce only, so this is a heavily digital position. However, we are planning to move into brick-and-mortar in 2023 which will allow for more print / experiential design elements as well.
Working with the marketing team, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation of cross-channel digital assets to power Mission MightyMe’s marketing program - including social media, email marketing, website (Shopify), and Amazon. Marketing collateral graphic projects may also be requested (Brochures, Presentations, etc.).
The Graphic Designer will deeply understand our category (early allergen introduction / baby and kid food), our brand, customers, consumers and product portfolio to optimize and ideate our branding. In addition to supporting day-to-day digital business needs, this role will support packaging projects, in-box material design, and conference / trade show print piece development to ensure seamless branding across our print and digital spaces. The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for maintaining a repository of creative assets including digital assets, packaging graphics, brand guidelines, logos, photography, videos, renders, templates and product concepts.
Because we are a growing company, there will also be opportunities to learn and contribute to other areas of the business if that is of interest!
